Chris believes that, as a financial planning professional, he has a responsibility to his clients to continuously improve his ability to serve their needs. “In a fast moving financial services landscape, an effective advisor needs to be willing to invest time and energy in developing his expertise, with access to the latest technology and the most effective solutions available”.
Over the last 8 years, Chris has worked with his partner Matt MacNeal to develop a practice that has the staff, systems, processes, and technology necessary to deliver the best experience possible to their clients. As their practice has grown, Chris has been passionate about continuing to improve the client experience, as well as the professional development of everyone on the team.
With the launch of Blue Rock Avenue One in the fall of 2012, Chris has taken another step forward in the development of a purely independent financial planning and retirement plan consulting firm. “Opening the office on the Riverfront in Wilmington, combined with the resources now available to us as a result of the change, is exciting for both us and our clients.”
The Qualified Retirement Plan side of Blue Rock Avenue One (Blue Rock 401k Group) has also benefitted significantly from new resources. Already a significant player in this marketplace, Chris is focused on developing BR4G into a regional leader in consulting and advisor solutions to small and mid sized companies. Today’s increasingly complex regulatory environment necessitates plan fiduciaries work with firms, like Blue Rock 401k Group, that specialize in the retirement plan business.
